A Note from Dondi

These limited offerings are a bridge between the life I stepped away from while serving in disaster relief and recovery throughout the Texas Hill Country, and my work as a perfumer, writer, and hostess.

I used a $1,000 Cash for Kindness gift through Ryan Wolf of Fox News to create these candles and perfumes. Their proceeds cover our minimal administrative needs, such as the website and printed materials.

This separation is intentional. It allows the personal gifts entrusted to our flood-relief work to go directly toward the needs of flood survivors rather than being absorbed by administrative expenses.

I am deeply aware that every gift represents someone’s trust, and I remain committed to stewarding that trust carefully and transparently.

FOUND Bespoke Parfum Limited Edition

FOUND

Cypress + Comfort

Some fragrances are created to be worn.

Found was created to be felt.

Inspired by the volunteers of Found on the Guadalupe River, this fragrance is a quiet tribute to the people who spent months serving their neighbors with gentleness, dignity, and unwavering care.

The scent opens with the familiar comfort of freshly laundered linens—soft, clean, and lightly powdered—woven together with subtle notes of fresh water and anchored by the enduring presence of cypress. Long regarded as a symbol of remembrance and resilience, the cypress stands as a quiet witness to communities carrying one another through grief. The result is a fragrance that is peaceful, grounding, and deeply comforting.

Originally created exclusively for the volunteers of Found on the Guadalupe, Found is now being released in a very limited small batch to honor our community’s unsung heroes and help support the work that continues today.

Limited Small Batch

THE RIVER Hand-Poured Artisan Candle
from $35.00

Some places become part of our story long before we understand why.

Before the July 4 flood, I was invited by the Kerrville Economic Development Committee to create a collection of fragrances inspired by Kerr County. Without knowing what lay ahead, I named them The River, The Land, and The People.

Months later, those names would take on an entirely different meaning as my life became intertwined with the river itself, the land that held us, and the people who showed us extraordinary courage, generosity, and love.

The River is offered in a very limited release as a quiet invitation to pause, reflect, and rediscover moments of peace beside the water. It is a fragrance that honors both the beauty of the Guadalupe and the resilience of the community that continues to care for one another.

Fragrance Notes

Fresh Water │ Moss │ Cypress

Water has long been associated with renewal, reflection, and emotional healing. It reminds us that even after great change, life continues to move forward. Moss speaks to quiet resilience, flourishing in places where patience and time have done their work. Cypress, a tree deeply woven into the Texas landscape, has long symbolized remembrance, strength, and the way communities carry grief together while continuing to grow.

Together, these notes create a fragrance that feels clean, restorative, and deeply rooted in the riverbanks that inspired it—a gentle reminder that healing is rarely rushed, but it is always possible.

The Land is offered in a very limited release as a tribute to the Texas Hill Country—its quiet strength, enduring beauty, and the places that continue to steady us through seasons of change. It is a fragrance that invites you to slow down, reconnect with the earth beneath your feet, and remember that the land often carries us long before we realize it has.

Fragrance Notes

Sage │ Oak │ Cedar │ Stone

Across many Indigenous traditions, the plants and landscapes around us have long been regarded as teachers.

Sage has traditionally been associated with clarity and renewal, a reminder to release what no longer serves us and make room for what comes next. Oak symbolizes endurance, wisdom, and unwavering strength, standing rooted through every season. Cedar has long been honored as a tree of protection, grounding, and sacred stewardship, carrying the quiet presence of home and belonging. Stone speaks to resilience, permanence, and memory—holding the stories of a place across generations, weathering time with grace.

Together, these notes create a fragrance that feels grounded, peaceful, and deeply rooted in the Hill Country landscape. It is an invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and find comfort in the enduring strength of the land itself.

About Our Bonfire Collection

Proceeds from the sale of our Bonfire clothing support the original purpose of Found on the Guadalupe: to recover, wash, clean, preserve, and return belongings to families affected by disaster.

These proceeds help cover the direct costs of that work, including laundry and cleaning expenses, preservation supplies, and necessary items or reimbursable expenses for search-and-rescue teams assisting in the recovery of personal belongings.

This clothing collection was created as a separate source of support for the work of searching, recovering, caring for, and returning what belongs to flood survivors. The proceeds do not represent personal gifts placed directly into the hands of individual families; they sustain the practical work required to reunite people with the belongings they feared were lost.

Every purchase helps Found on the Guadalupe continue the work it was created to do.
