REVERENCE

  • A quilt with a central design of the state of Texas featuring a heart and flowing lines, surrounded by a border of blue and green triangles.

    the vision

REVERENCE Project, the final stage of FOUND on the Guadalupe River Project is where loss is transfigured into beauty. Through quilts, art, and curated exhibitions, we honor what the river returned after the flood — not as discarded remnants, but as sacred pieces of memory and resilience.

  • Close-up of a wooden table with natural grain and carved edges.

    Why it Matters

REVERENCE Project offers a way forward: a sacred pause between devastation and renewal. It preserves dignity, honors memory, and creates beauty from what might otherwise be discarded.

  • Impressionist painting of three trees with a small stream flowing underneath.

    Invitation

We invite benefactors, members, and friends of the river to become part of REVERENCE. Together, we will ensure that what was found is never forgotten.
